Workshop/scenery store (with street level access)
2 music rooms that double as recording studio
2nd small studio space (approx 50)
Dark room
Offices
Electrics room for dimmers etc
Rooftop cafe/gallery?
Environmentally friendly/sustainable heating/cooling
